Calendar of Events and Announcements

The Youth Fellowship Committee will meet this afternoon at 4:00 in the Chapel.

The Monday Morning Circle will meet tomorrow, 10:00 AM at The Bridge.

The Deacons will have their final meeting before summer recess tomorrow at 7 PM at the church. They will be electing new officers as a part of their meeting.

Men’s Bible Study meets Tuesday at 6 AM in the hospital conference room. They will be studying Powell’s Loving Jesus, chapter 15.

The pre-trip meeting for the Miami Mission Trip participants will be this Wednesday, May 14 from 5:30-7:00. If you would like to be a Prayer Partner with one of the participants, please contact Maggie Beamguard.

The Adult Choir will have a dessert rehearsal this Wednesday, May 14, 7:00 PM for their final meeting in May.

Join us for our annual church picnic next Sunday, May 18, at 5 PM. This year the picnic will be at the Kiwanis Shelter (near Kids Kingdom) in Maury County Park. Bring a potluck dish to share. We will recognize new church members, and enjoy fun, food and
fellowship.

A special offering for Habitat for Humanity project will be received on Sunday, May 18. The First Presbyterian Church has pledged $6,000 for the project. Please prayerfully consider how you can support this special mission on our local community. Than you to
those who have already contributed $3,920 to this worthy cause
